Immaculate Conception High School – Kingston, Jamaica
One of the Caribbean’s most respected all-girls high schools is located in Kingston, Jamaica. Beginning in January 2008, a series of events, culminating with a dinner dance in December, will take place to celebrate 150 years of continuous education.
Alumnae associations in Florida, New York, Washington, D.C. and Toronto plan to raise money to assist with needed improvements to the school, such as additional classrooms, more musical instruments and an upgrade to the technology infrastructure.
One goal of this blog is to communicate with as many graduates as possible, and direct them to the new website – www.ICHSalumnae.net.
If you attended ICHS take a look at this video.:

Immaculate is the best girls school, if you are looking for your daughter to be an all- rounded student. The teachers, also, contribute to the children’s level of roundedness. I would like to thank them. But as alumnae we need to contribute to the school’s well being. So, sign up so that the rest of us can contact you and tell you about what is going on.

Immaculate is not one of the best but is THE best girls school. We were not only academically trained for the future but we were also personally trained to be proper ladies. As a past student, i must admit that i posessed feelings of “dislike” during my years of attending the school. But as a graduate of this prominent high school, i will admit that i am grateful for how much Immaculate has contribute to my personal development. Attending this school also brings forth many opportunities. Immaculate is more than a school, its a boot camp..lol…i’m joking..its my family.

Immaculate represents true struggles, successes and all which immac girls have to bear. People might think it’s so easy to embrace life there but its hell (very ironic bcuz its a Roman Catholic skool). U’ll meet the best and worst of ppl there but the greatest part is knowin u’ll always have a space in any one of the cell room…jus jking. There r alot of other all girls skool which r really really really good and i can’t say immac is the best (although i really wanna). Immaculate prepares us for life. Immac is my life. Immac str8.

Yesterday, I was told by my mother (who had recently submitted a 6th form application to Immaculate),that I had been granted the opportunity to become apart of this prestige institution. This feeling is one of sheer bliss for me, and I am super ecstatic!
